Western blot analysis of Phospho-HSL (Ser660) in extracts of 3T3-L1 cells. Samples were incubated with Phospho-HSL (Ser660) Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-110131) using a dilution of 1:600, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:10,000. 3T3-L1 cells were treated with Isoproterenol (10 µM for 20 min) at 37°C. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 30s.
